Polish arranger and orchestrator of film/game music and symphonic concerts. Since graduating from Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Denmark, he has worked as an orchestrator on a number of late Jóhann Jóhannsson’s projects culminating with Denis Villeneuve’s Arrival. Meanwhile he orchestrated for a number of international projects for composers including Frans Bak, Nicklas Schmidt and Karsten Fundal’s soundtrack for the 2018 Academy Award-nominated documentary Last Men in Aleppo and Ai Weiwei’s Human Flow. This experience has led him to work as an arranger and orchestrator for crossover projects, including Jóhannsson’s Orphée and Last and First Men concerts for London Symphony Orchestra and BBC Philharmonic and for Copenhagen Philharmonics Symphony No. 3 by the hip-hop duo Den Sorte Skole as well as album release by the rock band Mew.
With Kraków as his second home, he met Matthijs Kieboom and Diego Navarro at the Film Music Festival in 2013 and have since then orchestrated a number of Kieboom’s soundtracks and arranged for the FIMUCITÉ festival in Tenerife for concerts conducted by Ben Foster and Diego Navarro. He works also as an arranger for symphonic musicals and operas including I Love It – in Concert.
