Graduate of the bassoon class at the Academy of Music in Krakow, currently a professor at the Academy. Bassoonist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger. His body of work encompasses nearly 30 albums, both with classical and popular music.
Since 2000 he has been associated with the band YesKiezSirumem, with which he has won many prestigious awards at song festivals. In 2003, he established co-operation with Bartosz Chajdecki, which resulted in numerous recordings of music for theatre performances, feature films (Life Feels Good, Bikini Blue) oraz seriali telewizyjnych (m.in. Siła wyższa, Misja Afganistan, Belle Epoque, Kruk. Szepty słychać po zmroku). Since 2006 she has been performing with poet and singer Basia Stępniak-Wilk. The artist is often invited to various music projects by Galicja and Loch Camelot artists.
For him, music is the whole world — as an artist, he is devoted to classical music, loving jazz, poetic song, and above all ethno and world music. It was this kind of music that inspired him to learn to play different instruments. In 2011, he founded the Folk For Freaks band — a folk-ethnic ensemble focusing on the music of Central Europe, the Balkans and original compositions based on folk themes.
