Composer, pianist, arranger and orchestrator. Born in 1984, graduated in composition from the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, after studying under Prof. Zygmunt Krauze and Prof. Edward Sielicki.
Additionally, he studied piano and improvisation with Wojciech Kamiński, Wojciech Majewski and Szábolcs Esztényi. He also studied Japanese Studies at the University of Warsaw and cultural studies at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Winner of Zygmunt Mycielski Prize for his composition Getsemani for solo piano, 2nd prize of the 2013 National Composition Competition in Toruń, Grand Prix and 2014 Young Talent Award of the International Contest for Young Film Composers during the Krakow Film Music Festival and 1st prize of the 2016 National Composing Contest in Kalisz for his choral and orchestra piece. The composer also collaborated with the Warsaw Film School and the Wajda School as a lecturer. He is active as a composer of contemporary music, video game music, pieces for short films, commercials, as well as an orchestrator for films and concerts. Creator of arrangements and orchestrations for the famous Symphony of Heroes concert in 2017 in Wrocław.
His latest project is a soundtrack for the spy game Phantom Doctrine, composed in cooperation with Marcin Przybyłowicz – a specially prepared suite of pieces from the game will be played during the Video Games Gala evening.
